What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Supervisor position at Wingate Salisbury?
Looking for a dependable, hard working passionate individual who demonstrates a commitment to maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail. The duties of a housekeeping supervisor include but not limited to:
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas of the hotel
- Performing housekeeping and/or laundry duties as scheduled
- Assist with inventory, cost control, inspection of guest rooms public areas of the hotel as well as assigning daily work to housekeeping staff
- Communicating with guests and fellow employees and management
- Reporting all maintenance concerns
- Demonstrating superior customer service
- Must have reliable transportation
- Physical requirements include being on your feet for extended periods of time and to lift, bend, kneel and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Take responsibility for pass keys and ensures guests security
- All other duties as assigned.
