ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Research / Data Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models, including real estate investment analysis to evaluate opportunities.
- Prepare internal reports for senior management and create acquisition/investment memos with key insights.
- Gather and maintain due diligence on acquisitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs, determine scope, analyze operations, and document results.
- Provide accurate reporting, benchmarking, and metrics to stakeholders.
- Review business processes and company policies to help enhance workflow.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to create financial models for decision-making.
- Assist with the development of facility business plans, including annual planning, stretch goals, incentive compensation, and labor focus.
- Actively supports Wingate's commitment to providing "5 Star" service on all quality objectives, with an emphasis on continual improvement.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Reports to the appropriate managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations or standards of conduct.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Experience in Senior Housing/Residential Real Estate preferred
- Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical organization skills
