What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor position at Wings Credit Union?
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, but in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations, is responsible for providing support to Lenders within the organization as well as members in the form of assisting with titling questions, documentation and laws and regulations of all states as well as provide support in the form of title and lien perfection.
Essential Functions:
- Support Wings Financial CU deposit and loan products, programs and goals.
- Responsible for the direct supervision of Title Specialist and Consumer Loan Servicing teams.
- Accountable for the timely processing of titles and reports, as well as the instruments used to secure said loans, applying technical job knowledge and skills to complete all work in a timely manner in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while managing varying degrees of work.
- Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate filing of title and lien cards, maintaining untitled collateral.
- Assist with the completion of additional loan administration tasks as needed.
- Meet individual and departmental consumer loan and title procurement goals as identified in the individual performance action plan.
- Process daily functions including posting payoffs and payments; member inquiries; payment reversals interest adjustments
- Drafting and providing payoff statements for consumer loan products including home equity loans
- Completing verification of deposit requests.
- Answering calls that are routed to the Consumer Lending Department and directing to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and completion of departmental reports
- Responsible for timely and accurate general ledger account balancing.
- Monitoring and ordering of department supplies
- Handling of skip a pay that require manual processing
- Preparing documents for loan modifications, satisfactions of mortgage and other lending related documents
- Assist with training of current and new team members.
- Maintain file documentation, update members on title status, and maintain accurate records of vehicle titling within company guidelines. Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolution in a timely manner
- Provide support to employees and members by assisting with titling questions through written and verbal communication
- Responsible for timely processing of title documentation for all collateralized loans including aircrafts and US Coast Guard documented vessels.
- Responsible for preparing documentation for loan modifications and other lending related documents and ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Maintain relationship between partnered Department of Motor Vehicles office and Wings Financial Credit Union
- Assist with escalation of member calls with questions surrounding title work
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years Titles experience required.
- Familiar with state and federal regulations concerning lending, financial transactions, and filing of lien instruments.
- Working knowledge of computer software (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office) fax and copy machines.
- Supervisory and/or training experience preferred
- Extreme attention to detail.

Pay Range: $57k-$72k plus 10% annual target bonus. The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
