The Thrifty Butterfly Boutique is an upscale resale store that helps fund the local nonprofit Wings of Hope Family Crisis Services. The Thrifty Butterfly focuses on providing new and gently worn fashion, jewelry, handbags, children's clothing and household items, with all sales going to support victims services. We are looking for a store manager to help us update the look and feel of the shop, engage with a larger customer base and increase our footprint in the community.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in retail required
- High School diploma required
- Experience managing or supervising required
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage the daily operation of resale store
- Supervise store volunteers and workers, including scheduling
- Financial oversight and cash handling procedures
- Oversee the processing of donated items and manage the rotation of merchandise
- Further development of brand and marketing strategies
- Facility upkeep, updates, and merchandising
- Participate in community outreach and attend special events as needed

- Retail experience in money handling and point of sale technology

HOURS
- Full-Time hours, some Saturdays as needed
Salary : $30,000 - $35,000
