We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Escondido, California area. Qualified candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in the QSR or fast casual industry.
Responsibilities include:
-Hiring, training, and developing a strong team
- Resolving conflicts
-Controlling cost such as food cost, labor, paper, and supplies
-Completing weekly and daily reports
-Ensure operational goals are met such inspection scores and surveys
-Works hands on with the team to achieve goals (Not a desk job)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
