About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own product execution of key product features from idea through deployment and iteration. You’ll work across engineering, operations, and support to deliver solutions for our drivers, riders and partners.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product roadmap for the Wingz platform, including the driver app and internal tools.
- Deeply understand the needs of riders (patients), drivers (caregivers), and clients (brokers and payors), and translate those needs into simple, elegant solutions.
- Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to understand frontline feedback and turn it into product improvements.
- Work cross-functionally to ship features that drive revenue growth and improve service reliability, compliance, efficiency, and user experience.
- Write product requirement documents.
- Define clear success metrics and use data to drive product decisions.
- Manage and track progress in Notion.
What You’ll Need
- 3 years of product management experience, ideally in mobility, or marketplaces (e.g. Uber, Lyft).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when simplifying technical or operational details.
- Proven ability to ship impactful products in fast-paced environments with lots of operational complexity.
- Deep analytical experience and SQL proficiency
- Empathy for users—particularly underserved populations—and a drive to solve their problems.
- Strong organizational skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar
- Experience in the NEMT industry or healthcare more broadly.
