Job description :
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive (Amazon) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing order processes, and ensuring smooth operations in both 1P and 3P environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management :
Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation
Process incoming purchase orders, including replenishable and future staged orders
Ensure purchase orders are picked and shipped within specified timeframes
Verify that invoices match corresponding purchase orders
Work closely with operations and logistics teams
Manage product SKUs and maintain up-to-date catalog information
Respond to customer inquiries and questions as needed
