Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team, providing training and support.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.
- Assist with financial management, including budgets and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Starting compensation range (based one experience): $50,000 - $55,000 per year
- 50–55-hour work week
