Supporting Product Manager
We are seeking a Supporting Product Manager to facilitate the release management life-cycle, including documentation of feature business justification, current state and challenges, proposed future state and business requirements, success criteria, and edge cases. Candidates who have an eye for process, documentation and and clear communication are highly desirable.
Roles & responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed feature requirements.
- Support product operations, such as user administration.
- Manage product feature backlog.
- Meet with cross functional stakeholder to understand feature impact and needs
- Continually assess overall product success through qualitative and quantitative feedback. Maintain close working relationships with cross functional stakeholders.
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of all business and technical aspects of Guide.
- Document outcomes and decisions made in product and technical workshops
- Rely on strong communication with team members, both domestically and international.
