- Returns from leave of absence with complex accommodations
- Managing Job Searches from start to conclusion
- Manage communication flow from multiple sources in effort to reduce delays on employee
- Provide support for client internal partners, like Accessibility, Facilities and EH&S to streamline
- Create and manage a high volume of accommodation & leave cases to ensure data integrity.

- Will be supporting or leading ER projects/initiatives as needed
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a demonstrated full understanding of U.S. Leave
- Experience in providing consultation of the accommodation process to managers, HR professionals, employees, and/or business partners.
- Proven ability to drive resolution on a wide range of leave and accommodation issues, including ADA analysis and practical application.
- 3 years of experience in triaging and analyzing multiple (simple and complex) accommodation requests in a high volume capacity. Or related experience as a line HR manager with
- Proven ability to work independently, including the ability to effectively organize, prioritize,
- Demonstrated command skills and an ability express thoughts in a clear and concise manner
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with leadership, internal
- Exceptional communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation
- Project Management experience preferred
