Winner Subaru Volkswagen are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team at Winner Automotive Group. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the smooth interaction for customers for understanding Financing. The Finance Manager will play a key role in strategic product sales for the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Assist customers in automotive financing
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and budgets for various departments.
- Oversee compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk management assessments to mitigate potential financial risks.
- Manage finance paperwork & deal closing
- Provide insight on financing information to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in finance management within the automotive or related industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and financial forecasting.
- Automotive Sales Management a plus
- Automotive Finance Experience huge plus
