As a Game Attendant at our family entertainment center, you will be responsible for ensuring
that guests have a fun and enjoyable experience while playing arcade games and attractions.

contribute to creating lasting memories for our visitors. This job description outlines the
primary responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.
Responsibilities:
1. Guest Engagement:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome as they approach the arcade area.
- Provide assistance, answer questions, and offer guidance on game selection and operation.
2. Game Supervision:
- Monitor the gameplay area to ensure a safe and organized environment for guests.
- Ensure guests follow game rules and guidelines for fair play.
3. Token and Ticket Handling:
- Distribute tokens or game cards to guests for gameplay.
- Assist guests with token or ticket redemption at the prize counter.
4. Technical Assistance:
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for guests encountering issues with arcade games.
- Communicate technical concerns to the Arcade Game Technician when needed.
5. Customer Service Excellence:
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors.
6. Prize Counter Support:
- Assist guests at the prize redemption counter, helping them select prizes based on their
earned tickets.
- Keep the prize counter organized and well-stocked.
7. Crowd Management: - Manage guest flow and queues for popular arcade games and attractions.
- Implement crowd control measures during peak times.
8. Health and Safety:
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines to ensure a secure gaming environment.
- Monitor and report any safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
9. Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the arcade area.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning needs to the relevant departments.
10. Upselling and Promotions:
- Promote special offers, packages, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Encourage guests to try various games and attractions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality, entertainment, or
service-oriented environment.
- Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of arcade games and their operation (training will be provided).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries and minor technical issues.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by
the operational needs of the family entertainment center.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
