Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Lead to join our team and lead field marketing initiatives (sampling, events, instore merchandising & local partnerships) for Knorr in the West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans to support Knorr's brand objectives and drive sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, influencers, and grassroots communities while aligning with national goals and brand standards.
- Oversee merchandisers and instore POSM programs.
- Ensure sampling execution follows brand strategy and program guidelines.
- Plan and execute event activations, working closely with sales to support trainings, incentives,and activations.
- Initiate local brand partnerships to drive brand awareness and excitement.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with Knorr's brand strategy and standards.
- Analyze marketing efforts and use insights to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Good driver, can drive throughout Southern California with a valid license.
- 2 years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the West Coast region as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
