Customer Service Representative – Auto Repair
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team.
Pay: Based on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About Us:
We are a full-service automotive repair facility, specializing in transmission service and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure a professional and organized work environment
- Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers
- Handle customer payments, refunds, and returns according to company policies
- Address customer concerns and collaborate with management to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Outgoing and personable—strong ability to build relationships
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment
- Prior customer service experience required
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, computer software, and internet use
