The Winnisquam Regional Middle School is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Principal for our middle school. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, and will work closely with the Principal, faculty, staff, students, and parents to create a positive and effective learning environment.Key Responsibilities: -- Support the Principal in the daily operation of the school, including implementing educational programs, managing staff, and ensuring the overall safety and well-being of students. -- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive school culture and environment. -- Manage student discipline and conflict resolution in accordance with school policies.
