Full Job Description
WinnScapes, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Mowing Foreman. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of landscape maintenance services including landscape clean ups, pruning, and mowing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage safety, quality and productivity of work.
- Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, dump trucks, skid loader, mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Delegate on-site services including pruning, mulching, mowing etc., to appropriate crew members
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis.
- Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- Participate in all snow removal activities.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of previous experience in landscape related field, including experience leading crews of multiple employees.
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
- General knowledge of landscape plant materials commonly used in the Central Ohio region, not required, but preferred.
- Comfortable in working well with a team in a fast paced field environment.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Work outdoors in various conditions
Experience is preferred, however, training may be provided to the right candidate.
Salary is based on experience and ability to perform all job duties.
General Working Conditions:
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
- Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
