Overview
Scope of Position: Collaborate with the Operations team to create, implement, and evaluate year-round and summer operational systems, processes, and strategies in order to create an excellent camp experience for all participants. Provides logistical support to the full-time team.

Responsibilities
- Assists in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of year-round and summer operational systems and processes.
- Assist with all camp store responsibilities focused on, but not limited to, vendor relationships, inventory management, equipment stewardship and training.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with other members of the Communities Leadership Team to achieve effective project timelines and execution of goals with excellence.
- Train and develop Summer Staff in operational roles on day camp teams.
- Helps support the logistics of non-camp events such as Host Rally or Summer Banquets.
- Supports Summer Staff training events such as Leadership Weekend, Directors Weekend or Summer Staff Training.
- Assists in housing and travel logistics for camp teams.
- Helps to secure and organize WinShape Camps for Communities inventory.
- Collaborates with Customer Care to create excellent parent experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Served at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp, preferred but not required.
- Experience in project management.
- Demonstrates skills in written and verbal communication, time-management, organization, and multi-tasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Willing to engage in moderate travel (10-20%) throughout the year and heavy travel (50-60%) in the summer.
- A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
- Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license for the state in which they are hired and have an acceptable driving record.
