Overview
Scope of Position: Beginning August 25, 2025, the Director Associate Program is a one-year, entry-level opportunity for former WinShape Camps Summer Staff to step in and assist the full-time team in preparing for the upcoming summer. Associates will serve as a WinShape Camps for Communities International Camp Director during the summer for an International Project, with the position concluding in August 2026. This role includes access to intentional leadership development opportunities offered by the WinShape Camps for Communities Staff Team.

Responsibilities
- Participates in assigned projects in support of camps
- Works 25–29 hours per week in the WinShape Camps office, contributing to projects that support the international camp model
- Serves as a Camp Director at one of two international locations with WinShape Camps for Communities
- Serves in a leadership role on the WinShape Camps International Project
- Participates in leadership development events throughout the year (approximately 10% of total work time)
- Supports additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of college or has equivalent work experience
- Served at least one summer on staff with WinShape Camps
- Demonstrates strong skills in organization, leadership, adaptability, interpersonal relationships, and teamwork
- Preferred experience in international ministry
- Effective written and verbal communication, time management, and leadership experience
- Proficient in basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and Adobe Suite preferred
- Ability to maintain regular office hours (25–29 hours/week) at the Atlanta, GA office
- A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and consistently pursuing Christ
- Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
