Overview
Scope of Position: Beginning August 25, 2025, the Director Associate Program is a one-year, entry-level opportunity for former WinShape Camps Summer Staff to assist the full-time team in preparing for the following camp season. Associates will then serve as Camp Directors during the summer, with the position concluding in August 2026. In addition to hands-on experience, Associates will participate in intentional leadership development opportunities provided by the WinShape Camps for Communities Staff Team.
Reports To: Camp-Specific Supervisor, WinShape Camps

Responsibilities
- Participate in projects as assigned to support the work of camps
- Work 25–29 hours per week in the WinShape Camps office (role may be specialized or general in nature)
- Serve as a Camp Director for WinShape Camps for Communities during the summer
- Engage in leadership development events throughout the year (approximately 10% of work time)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of college or equivalent work experience
- Served at least one summer on staff with WinShape Camps
- Demonstrated skills in communication, time management, and leadership
- Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Ability to maintain regular office hours (25–29 hours/week) in the Atlanta, GA office
- A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and pursuing Christ consistently
- Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
