About the Job:
The Faith-Based Community Relations Coordinator will work closely with the Director, Strategic Partnerships Homes to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy towards marketing, communications, and relationship cultivation plans for churches in Georgia. This role will also be responsible for positioning WinShape Homes as the premier agency of choice in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy towards marketing, communications, and relationship cultivation plans for churches in Georgia.
- Work closely with the Director, Strategic Partnerships Homes to oversee church engagement efforts in Georgia.
- Position WinShape Homes as the premier agency of choice in Georgia through effective marketing strategies and relationship cultivation.
- Acquire new church partnerships in Georgia and manage the logistics of church launches.
- Develop opportunities for the Strategic Partnership Team to participate in speaking engagements in churches, community groups, and businesses.
- Collaborate with the Director, Strategic Partnerships and Manager of Marketing to develop effective marketing strategies for churches in Georgia.
- Work closely with the Coordinator, Care Communities to provide continuity of care for the development of foster care ministries within Georgia churches.
- Plan and implement special events and relationships with community partners to expand the scope of collaboration in Georgia.
- Maintain ongoing contact with ministry partners in Georgia.
- Build and maintain a database of contacts.
- Track and maintain records of all activities with church and community partners.
- Provide continuous research on demographics and culture to systematically determine the best partner prospects for cultivation and solicitation.
