Job Summary
We are seeking a Christian Community Outreach Director to join our team at WinShape Foundation. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to engage with churches and community organizations across Georgia, increasing awareness and partnership with WinShape Homes.
- Develops opportunities for the Strategic Partnership Team to participate in speaking engagements in churches, community groups, and businesses.
- Manages the logistics of church launches and oversees strategy to acquire new church partnerships in Georgia.
- Works closely with the Director, Strategic Partnerships Homes to identify and execute a comprehensive strategy towards marketing, communications, and relationship cultivation plans for churches in Georgia.
- A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community, and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
- Exemplifies servant leadership as modeled by Jesus Christ.
- Must have 4-6 years of work experience in church engagement and ministry, communications, and relationship cultivation.
- Bachelor's or associate degree, or related experience in foster care or church ministry.
