- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain organized records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Support dental receptionist duties as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette is essential.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
