We're looking for a skilled and experienced Aquatics Technician to join our team at WinStar World Casino & Hotel. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our pools, spas, and fountains, performing regular inspections and making any necessary repairs.
• Monitor and adjust the water chemistry levels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters and inspecting equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our pool operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a hospitality or recreational setting.
• Strong understanding of pool maintenance principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
