Job Details:
• Position: Inside Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist
• Workplace: Winston Collection Headquarters, 1591 Star Batt Dr., Rochester Hills, MI 48309
• Hourly Wage: $19
• Work Schedule:
o Monday through Friday, daytime shift (No weekends)
• Benefits:
o Health and Dental Benefits after 90 days
o 401k match up to 6% (when eligible)
Responsibilities:
1. Order Entry Processes:
o Set up new customers and update information for existing ones.
o Complete essential fields, including name, address, ship-to address, account number, item number, in-hands date, correct pricing, and decoration style.
o Input data accurately into our order entry system (QuickBooks).
o Adapt to various order-writing methods to serve our diverse product offerings.
o Provide detailed specifications for each order, including product type, materials, and decoration requirements.
o Verify customer order information and receive confirmation of correctness.
o Handle customized orders with precision and attention to detail.
2. Customer Interaction:
o Answering customer phone calls and emails
o Inform customers of all order details and submit to them for approval.
o Write orders promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
o Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the order process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Order Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Must be a golfer or knowledge of the game.
• Ability to quickly learn our processes and order writing procedures.
• Cares about all the order details and understands delivering Orders on-time.
• Previous QuickBooks or similar experience preferred.
