What You'll Do:
• Master the Night: Post and balance room, restaurant, and bar charges while preparing daily revenue reports and ensuring flawless financial operations. • Be the Go-To Expert: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a welcoming smile, making every interaction memorable. • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Audit front office systems, address discrepancies, and reset for the next day to ensure seamless operations. • Problem-Solving Pro: Resolve computer issues and make adjustments to maintain financial accuracy. • Champion Guest Happiness: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. • Be the Overnight Hero: Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property. • Drive Excellence: Train new Night Audit staff and maintain exceptional standards for our team and property.
Your Day-to-Night Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing daily financial reports with precision.
- Balancing accounts and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
- Engaging with guests to provide local recommendations and handle inquiries.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby.
- Participating in safety committees and upholding security standards.
