Compensations: College Credit available – This position is non-paid.
Status: Part-time seasonal
Start Date: January 2025 (flexible with academic schedule)
End Date: May 2025 (flexible with academic schedule)
Hours Expected to Work: 10:00am – 4:00pm (non-Gamedays) | 2:00pm – end of game (Gamedays)
Job Description:
The Partnership Activation Intern will assist with enhancing our Partners’ experience at the Dash. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, creative, and can multitask multiple projects at one time. This internship focuses on partnership services, in-game activations, and proof of performances with an opportunity for sales experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with uploading Proof of Performance images and videos for partner activations
- Assist in designing presentations, including but not limited to, proposals, promotions, proof of performances, etc.
- Organizing sponsor promotional inventory and gameday programs while keeping them up to date
- Build and maintain inventory of partner assets
- Collect data pertaining to engagement, impressions, and frequency for sponsor promotions
- Assist with organization of photos from each homestand into corresponding sponsor folders and tracking via list of photos captured and still needed
- Help with the set-up of all suites and hospitality areas prior to each Dash home game
- Assist with any in-game sponsor promotions presentations
- Assist with other departments if necessary
- Other responsibilities as needed (tarp pulls, firework pickups, community events, etc.)
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a team setting
Training:
All new hires in the Winston-Salem Sponsorship department will be thoroughly trained in all job duties and responsibilities. You will receive training and skills needed to be successful with the Winston-Salem Dash or any other professional team.
