Position Details:
As a Kennel Attendant, you will assist with daily operations, ensure that all pets receive optimal care, and work with our motivated team.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the kennel facility.
- Prepare and distribute meals, fresh water, and administer medications.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain standardized pet care, safety, and facility hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with staff to create a nurturing environment for all pets.
- Be ready to step up and support the staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Preferred professional or volunteer experience working with dogs.
- Candidates with a passion for pets but personal experience are encouraged to apply!
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Passionate about animal welfare and dedicated to providing exceptional pet care.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts (7 am to 1 pm or 4 pm to 8 pm).
Compensation:
- Competitive pay starting at $13 per hour on weekdays and $16 per hour on weekends.
- Estimated monthly earnings of $1000-$2000 gross monthly, depending on availability.
- On-the-job training is provided, with an emphasis on staff development.
