This position directs the daily operations of Parking and Transportation Services, including the management of the campus-wide parking permit system, ensuring the proper maintenance of parking equipment and signage, and overseeing event parking logistics. It also involves managing the university access shuttle program to ensure high-quality transportation services.

This position receives, reviews, investigates, and responds to requests and complaints from internal and external customers, as well as program stakeholders. It plans and determines appropriate follow-up actions, oversees the implementation of streamlined operations, and drives program and service enhancements.
Additionally, the role meets with internal and external stakeholders to discuss initiatives, coordinate projects, and review their status. This includes identifying project requirements, reviewing funding and expense allocations, prioritizing and implementing new technologies, and evaluating project implementation to ensure successful outcomes.

It also serves as a representative for Parking and Transportation Services on various committees and task forces.

This position provides strategic leadership for operations and revenue generation, managing budgets and allocating resources to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating and verifying revenue collection from various sources, such as student permits, employee payroll deductions, citations, online and in-person point-of-sale transactions, and contract vendor payments.

This position is responsible for personnel management, including hiring, supervision, performance evaluations, and fostering professional development. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, establishing career paths, and developing staff work plans. The role oversees the interview and hiring process and provides ongoing performance feedback to ensure staff development and growth. Additionally, it involves setting departmental goals and objectives aligned with the university’s strategic plan.

A Bachelor’s degree w/ four or more years of directly related experience including supervising personnel; experience working with parking management software (i.e., T2 Systems); must be able to legally operate and drive University Shuttles
