Locum PMR physician to provide coverage Schedule : Dec 23-31, 2024 - coverage of the inpatient rehab unit - 8a-5p - There is no call and no OT, 9 hours of patient care per day of coverage Job Details : - Patients per day : 10-20 - Staff Support : This is a 20-bed inpatient rehab unit. - The physician will cover face to face visits, admissions, discharges, IPOCs, and lead Team Conference. - Current EHR : CERNER - Procedures / Skills : Physiatrist, PAPE / H P, TBI, Stroke, Amputations, Clinical Staffing / Care Plan Meetings, Pre-Admission Screening Review Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics On Call : NO Certifications : Board Certified, BLS, Clean background, MI License State Licenses : Michigan
