Position : Attorney – Commercial Real Estate Lending

Pay Rate : Up to $120,000 / year
About the Opportunity :
Winston Staffing is partnering with a renowned Commercial Real Estate Lending Law Firm in Midtown Manhattan to find a skilled attorney with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and lender representation. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent institutional lenders in financing commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
- Draft commercial loan documents, including mezzanine, construction, balance sheet, and bridge loans.
- Review organizational documents of borrowing entities.
- Analyze commitment letters, term sheets, fee letters, credit agreements, and ancillary loan documents.
- Review commercial leases and oversee secured finance transactions, workouts, and restructurings.
- Manage assignments of existing mortgages for CEMA transactions.
- Review title reports and surveys and ensure title clearance.
- Advise on lending and debt finance for property acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and refinancing.
