Estimator – Commercial Construction
Location: Metro Atlanta | Full-time | Onsite
Winter Construction is seeking a Commercial Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is an opportunity to work with a trusted general contractor on a wide range of local projects in the education, municipal, hospitality, and retail sectors.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate estimates and manage all aspects of the bidding process
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure complete and competitive bids
- Maintain and build relationships with qualified subcontractors
- Organize and manage bid data and documentation
- Present estimates and assist with business development as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field
- Based in Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate
- Strong communication, organizational, and estimating software skills
