We're looking for a Personal Lines Team Lead to support our agency in the management and development of the Personal Lines Department , with a focus on growth, expansion, and maintaining excellent customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Team Leadership
- Provide direct supervision to Personal team members
- Create culture of accountability and responsibility, working together to achieve communal and individual goals
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Department Success
Responsible for achieving sales objectives (new business and renewal) for the departmentEnsure standardized departmental operating procedures and workflowsMonitor team member workload, manage distribution of accounts, ensure proper prioritization of work.Coordinate carrier trainings, communications, relations, and objectives.Manage own book of businessUnderstand and drive Winter-Dent global mindset and corresponding initiativesWHAT WE OFFER

You have your P&C license4 years of Personal Lines experienc e preferredYou have demonstrated experience growing and maintaining a book of businessYou have a track record of maintaining high retention rate, exceeding sales objectives , and have strong sales soft skillsYou have demonstrated experience training a team with processes and procedures, coverage knowledge, and carrier appetites and websites.You have demonstrated experience with conducting challenging conversations with team members towards a positive resultYou can motivate and hold a team accountable to achieving quantitative and qualitative revenue and customer service goalsYou have a proven history of remaining calm and patient under stressWHO YOU ARE
