Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at the Early Education Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating, supervising, and caring for children aged 0-5 years. This role requires a deep understanding of early childhood development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Implement educational programs aligned with state standards and Creative Curriculum principles.
• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least one year of experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
