Job Description: Director of Development
The Director of Development will be responsible for overseeing all development activities at Winter4Kids, including major gifts, annual gifts, planned giving, endowment, corporate and foundation giving, and other events, appeals, and campaigns. This role requires a proven fundraising professional who can design and implement a comprehensive, goal-based, long and short-term fundraising plan.
The selected candidate will work closely with leadership to cultivate and solicit a portfolio of major gift prospects, engage administrative and volunteer leadership, and lead the strategic direction of a capital campaign slated to launch in the Fall. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and project management skills, as well as experience with fundraising databases.
