Junior Project Manager

Job Status: Full-Time

Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

• Valid Driver’s License
• 3 years project management experience (preferred)

As a Junior Project Manager, you will lead and manage a variety of WinterGreen installations, including playgrounds, landscapes, and putting greens. This role is designed to develop and expand both residential and commercial synthetic turf projects. You'll also assist with other company functions as needed.

• Lead Installation Teams: Supervise installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet WinterGreen quality standards.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for crew leaders and customers, relaying project details clearly.
• Inventory Control: Assist in managing materials and equipment, ensuring that the correct materials are available prior to scheduled installations.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the use of best practices for installation, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency in all projects.
• Tool Usage: Use and maintain installation tools safely and effectively, such as measuring devices, power tools, drills, saws, grinders, blowers, grading equipment, skid-steers, and forklifts.
• Supervise Project Execution: Ensure that all installations are done according to guidelines and meet client expectations.
• Performance Improvement: Analyze trends, provide feedback to management, and suggest ways to improve project performance and team efficiency.
• Organization and Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, including the office, warehouse, and company vehicles.
• Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Drive company vehicles to job sites, transport materials, and ensure that all equipment is serviced and used properly and for company use only.
• Team Support: Address work issues (e.g., tardiness, absence, work ethic) and provide guidance as needed.
• Daily Updates: Communicate with sales reps at the end of each day to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience: 3 years in project management or a similar role (preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in landscape or construction preferred.
• Bilingual: Spanish-speaking required to ensure clear communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Communication: Strong oral communication skills.
• Dependability: Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think proactively and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Customer Engagement: A positive attitude and the ability to engage customers and provide top-notch service.

• Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed.
• Occasional weekend work depending on project timelines.
