Winterholler Dentistry & Implant Surgery in Helena is looking for a dynamic person with dental experience for the position of Patient care/Treatment Coordinator. Qualified applicants will have minimum 2 years of dental experience, including dental terminology, knowledge of dental procedures, dental insurance and dental coding.
We are only seeking applicants desiring a long-term position with a professional and welcoming demeanor to work with our valued patients. Applicants must have keen attention to detail, strong customer service skills, willingness to be trained to follow systems in place, reliable and team oriented.
This position involves patient/customer service, answering phones, verifying dental benefits, accurate & complete data entry, explaining dental treatment, discussing/arranging payment & financial arrangements for dental treatment, and scheduling treatment and hygiene appointments.
