We are looking for the right person to join our team! Join a growing family owned and operated business as a full time Administrative Assistant at one of the Mid-Atlantic Region's largest trailer dealerships, Winters Automotive & Trailers. Winters Automotive & Trailers have been in business for over 18 years. We are continuing to grow the business and are looking for a high energy Customer Support Specialist to join the team.
The right individual will enjoy juggling multiple responsibilities and changing priorities throughout the day- all while still ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Trailer Sales, like automotive sales are regulated and require paperwork that goes through rigorous reviews. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the paperwork associated with each sale. They also will help customers with Sales, Repair and Parts. They will also carry out various administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning and some light bookkeeping.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven customer service experience.
- Proven computer skills including MS Office. POS experience a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent in additional administrative experience.
- Notary preferred/ or must be willing to get.
- This position is M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday work will be required 9am to 1 pm about 2 times a month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
