We are a Family Owned and Operated HVAC company that has been serving the Southern Maryland area since 1948. We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! This is a permanent Full-time position.
Responsibilities :
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Compensation :
52,000-$62,000 a year (paid as an hourly rate employee, on a weekly basis). Starting pay is based on experience and active certifications. Pay increases are based on performance reviews.
