Join our team as a Property Manager in the Lawrenceburg, KY area, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Job Type: Part-Time (24 hours a week)
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Tue-Thu-Fri)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour, plus monthly cell phone reimbursement of $50
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous property management experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effectively communicates with staff, residents, vendors and other individuals.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
- Steady work history.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for the leasing and effectively marketing the property.
- Markets, forecasts, and projects upcoming move-outs in order to fill units quickly and maintain target occupancy.
- Completes applicant screenings to determine eligibility.
- Shows units to prospective residents.
- Adheres to all HUD, Rural Development, Tax Credit, Public Housing and/or Conventional Housing standards.
- Completes appropriate paperwork and follows compliance guidelines for leasing.
- Responsible for collecting and depositing rent payments.
- Other related tasks.
