What You'll Do
As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in building and retaining meaningful relationships with our customers. You will use your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs and contribute to the success of the branch.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building lasting relationships with customers
- Tailoring product and service recommendations to meet customer needs
- Collaborating with business partners to connect customers to experts
- Operating a teller drawer and serving customers
- Opening accounts and performing account maintenance
- Assisting customers with digital products
- Recognizing potential fraud and other risks
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience; banker experience preferred
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills
