Responsibilities:
- Direct supervisory responsibility of Financial Advisors and Senior Administrative Associates.
- Responsible for recruiting efforts in respective region and for any area of needs within Wintrust Investments.
- Special projects assigned by Director of Sales or Chief Executive Officer.
- Represent Wintrust Investments within assigned Charter Banks of Wintrust Financial to best practices.
- May be asked to champion certain products or services as assigned by Director of Sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Series 24, 7, 65 (or 63 and 66) required. Series 9/10 can be substituted for Series 24.
The estimated salary range for this role is $90k - $114k along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
