Pay Range: $19.84/hour - $29.76/hour
Within this range, pay offered will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and other qualifications.

Position Summary:
The Inventory Clerk will process and fill sales orders or jobs accurately and timely; keep records in our system; and perform Quality Control procedures according to Wipaire standards. The standard hours for this position will generally be Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Picks and issues parts for all kits, floats, and regular jobs.
- Follows procedures for incomplete jobs.
- Tag part bins, places jobs in holding bins.
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure accurate lot numbers and quantity on hand.
- While picking parts, completes cycle counts.
- Verifies existing inventory levels against what is listed on the bins.
- When there are discrepancies, check the system and make corrections.
- Finds new locations and transfers inventory both electronically and physically to the new bin when working with AAA parts.
- Works with supervisor to have a primary bin created for all new parts as well as some pre-existing parts.
- Maintains weekly inventory moves going to overstock (If needed) as well as moves inventory from overstock back into primary bins when current stock is low.
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse and work area.
- Communicates professionally with various departments by phone, in writing and through e-mail.
- Completes various tasks and performs miscellaneous projects and other duties as requested by management.
- Provide back up assistance to the Wipaire shipping / receiving group when needed.
Experience and Skills:
Education, Experience and Credentials
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to two years’ related experience in receiving, inventory or warehouse work preferred.
- Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment with complex part numbers preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized and applies effective time management skills in order to meet all deadlines. Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and numerous projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Internet. Able to learn and utilize all available Wipaire software packages.
- Able to maintain high quality standards and attention to detail in all facets of the work. Able to maintain utilization and efficiency standards.
- Able to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage own work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently, make routine decisions independently, and solve problems effectively and creatively.
- Hear, speak and effectively verbally communicate in the English language, including following oral and written instructions, in order to communicate with people inside and outside the organization.
- Almost 90% of the work day could be standing and walking picking and distributing parts.
- Able to climb ladders and stairs several times throughout the day.
- Perform heavy lifting on a frequent basis of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Apply manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer keyboarding and office equipment use and to review detailed reports and information.
- Move around the stockroom area repeatedly throughout the day.
