Reviews, analyzes and improves operational processes. Works with factory and leaders to develop and implement lean activities to help improve operational efficiencies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
- Experience with Lean processes and methodologies in order to develop, run, and implement lean processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
- Ability to learn to read and interpret Aerospace blueprints, drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Manufacturing Processes.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pound
- Ability to maneuver around the shop floor fluidly.

- Process Improvement :
- Validate operational standard hours and ensure accuracy of efficiency and productivity metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
- System Design and Implementation :
- Assist in implementing new production processes and ensure their effectiveness and sustainability.
- Data Analysis :
- Monitor time-phased production processes to document standards and manage system data.
- Use historical and forthcoming data to capacity plan machines and organizations.
- Use statistical methods and software tools to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Project Management :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
- Quality Control :
- Monitor production quality and make adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Safety and Compliance :
- Conduct safety audits and implement measures to prevent workplace accidents.
- Training and Development :
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily :
Analyze existing production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Design and configure manufacturing systems to optimize the use of resources including personnel, materials, and equipment.
Collect and analyze data to understand trends and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
Ensure all processes comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
Train staff on new processes and systems.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
