Title: ATE Technician
Preferred Qualifications: 2 years
Location: Santa Clara, CA
- ATE setup and Testing using the tester
- Advantest 93k V93000 Advantest Verigy 93K 93000
- Experience with Smartest 8 preferred
- Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages
- Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems
- Operating Thermostream for characterization
- Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing
- Calibration & maintenance of test equipment
- Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.
- Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards
- Linux is must to have
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
