Bachelor’s degree in general Linguistics or Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Speech Science, or related field
Knowledge of syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, corpus linguistics, and other areas of linguistics
Native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese language
Experience working with speech and text data in multiple languages
Familiar with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications
Experience with language annotation or other forms of data markup and tagging
Experience with database queries and data analysis processes (i.e. SQL, spreadsheets, or others)

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $55,000 to $60,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
