GCP Practice Head - Americas
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Google Practice Head to lead our Google Cloud business across the Americas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives, fostering strong relationships with Google, and building a high-performing team to deliver exceptional Google Cloud solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Google Practice across the Americas, aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Google at all levels, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead a team of Google Cloud specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Oversee all aspects of the Google Practice lifecycle, including solution development, sales, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver compelling client presentations that showcase the value proposition of Google Cloud solutions.
- Track industry trends and identify new Google Cloud solutions and services to add to the practice portfolio.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Cloud technologies and certifications.
- Collaborate with other service lines to develop integrated solutions that address client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in leading and growing a technology practice, preferably in the cloud computing space.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT services, with a strong understanding of the cloud computing landscape.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions and services, including GCP certifications (e.g., GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect).
- Excellent understanding of the Americas business landscape and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in developing and managing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Experience managing and delivering professional services engagements.
