Key Responsibilities:

Incident Grading and Analysis:
- Grade and analyze M365D disruption incidents, including business email compromise, attacker-in-the-middle, phishing, and IaaS resource theft.
- Determine the legitimacy and effectiveness of incidents (0-100%) based on established criteria.
- Investigate missed disruptions and ensure accurate incident classification.

Detection Rule Evaluation:
- Assess the performance of automated detection rules for disruption services.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize detection algorithms and refine criteria.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of business email compromise, attacker-in-the-middle, phishing, and IaaS resource theft.
- Ability to determine if incidents are attacks or benign activities.
- Evaluate and refine detection rules for automated systems.
- Track incident trends, systemic issues, and gaming attempts.
- Document and validate patterns using tools.
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $65000 to $75000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
