Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, milestones, and any challenges faced.
- Salesforce Solution Delivery:
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce development processes, integrations, and customizations.
- Ensure proper design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring that they meet both functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure the successful integration of Salesforce with third-party systems, both internal and external, through APIs, middleware, or other technologies.
- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce applications and ensure proper change management protocols are followed.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and other teams to gather requirements and align project goals with business needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries, addressing concerns and clarifications as needed.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that project goals are met.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and other technical staff, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment within the project team.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and that all team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the organization’s quality standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve project processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure that lessons learned from each project are documented and applied to future projects.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce-based solutions.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, including integration, customization, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and platforms.
- Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, in delivering complex technical projects.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$120,000] to [$130,000].
