Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Solution Delivery: Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
- Project Management: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and other teams to gather requirements and align project goals with business needs.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and other technical staff, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in project management, with at least 6 years focused on Salesforce-based solutions.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, including integration, customization, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, in delivering complex technical projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
