JOB OVERVIEW

This role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you'll receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master the art of business development. We’ll equip you with consultative sales techniques to help you build a thriving referral network—one that keeps your pipeline full and your success growing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the Face of the Wire 3 Movement – Proudly represent our brand by engaging directly with the community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building strong relationships with potential customers.

Sell with a Purpose – Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution.

Stay Sharp on Market Trends – Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead.

Own Your Success – Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline. Your drive and determination will directly impact your success!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Confident, outgoing, and personable, with strong listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness and ability to travel locally
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in operating both personal computers and tablets (iPad)
• Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions
• Physically able to perform tasks, including walking long distances and working extended hours in Florida’s sun and heat
